How Solar Pool Heating Works

By pumping water through your Hydromatt Solar collector fixed to your roof and the back to your pool, the solar energy collected by the absorber is transfered to the water during its journey. When pumped back into the pool it takes the heat with it, which warms your pool by up to 10 degrees.

Hydromatt HD is a black heavy duty 10 tube solar collector manufactured from the highest quality EPHL synthetic rubber. It has a demonstrated life of over 20 years with a 10 year warranty.

Hydromatt TL Solar Collector

Thermolite by Hydromatt is a 10 tube commercial grade solar collector. The special formulation makes it even more resistant to UV, chlorine and micro-organic attack than Hydromatt HD. Thermolite is available in a range of colours to suit the roof and colour of your house.

Manual DIY Solar Pool Heating Kit

This kit comes with everything needed to setup and install a Hydromatt solar pool heating system. It uses a manual control valve to turn the system on and off.

The manual DIY system is best for single storey installation. It is not recommended for two or more storey installations as it puts extra load on the pump and filter.
