L Series
The Solahart L Series is a roof mounted, open circuit solar water heater specifically designed to provide economical service
in medium to high solar gain areas.
The L Series is ingenious in its simplicity. The black polyester powder coated aluminium absorber collects the sun's heat and transfers it to
the water in the 6 risers.
Copper is used for the risers for its high thermal conductivity ensuring the maximum amount of heat energy is passed to the water. As the water
in the risers is heated, it rises into the tank to be replaced by cooler water from the tank. The solar heated water is then stored ready for
use - hot water free from the sun.
The L Series has a double-coated ceramic lined tank with a protective anode. The L Free Heat offers an extended warranty and
includes enhanced protection, providing even longer lasting performance for absolute peace of mind.
Key Features
- Save 50% to 80%* of water heating energy consumption
- Optimum efficiency in medium and high solar gain areas makes the L Series an economical choice

Streamline
The Solahart Streamline combines high efficiency roof mounted collector panels with a ground-mounted tank.
The low profile and unobtrusive Solahart Streamline collector panels are mounted on a North facing roof, whilst the storage tank can be mounted
at ground level out of sight. This minimises the visual impact of going solar, while maximising the potential savings from the sun.
The Streamline uses copper risers in its collector panels, which transfer the solar energy directly to the water as it circulated through the
panels by an electric circulator. The heated water is stored in the ground-mounted tank.
Streamline Electric boosted models can even be installed inside, hidden in a cupboard or placed out of sight in a plant room, further adding to
their appeal. The booster element is suitable for connection to either 'continuous' or 'off-peak' tariff, giving you the option to save even
more on your energy bill.
Key Features
- Save 50% to 85%* of water heating energy consumption
- Minimal visual impact
- Specifically designed for medium to high solar gain areas
- Frost resistant with SBT collector panels
- Electric or gas boosting
- Peace of mind with Solahart's 5 year conditional warranty

Inline Gas Booster
The Solahart in-line gas booster has been specifically designed for use with either a Thermosiphon or Streamline system.
It provides all the savings of solar hot water with the convenience and benefits of gas water heating, giving you luxurious hot water whenever
you need it, all year around.
The hot water from your Solahart tank is piped to the booster. If it senses the water is up to temperature, the water bypasses the gas booster
and is delivered to the tap. If it senses the temperature is less than the preset level it will automatically cut in so you always have a
constant stream of hot water with the lowest possible energy usage. The Solahart in-line gas booster is rated as 5-star for energy efficiency
and has no pilot light, to further minimise energy wastage.
Key Features
- Can be used with either Thermosiphon or Streamline systems
- 5 star efficiency for minimal energy use
- Compact design
- Natural gas and propane models available
- Optional recess box with padlock security feature available
- Optional pipe cover available
- Peace of mind with Solahart's 10/3/3 year warranty
Streamline Closed Circuit Gas Boosted
The Solahart Streamline closed circuit system is a split system solar water heater with roof mounted slimline collectors and
a ground mounted outdoor storage tank. The closed circuit design protects the system from freezing. The Streamline closed circuit system offers
a choice of either the Solahart Kf or J collector.
The system is equipped with a gas 5 star booster which senses when boosting is required to ensure continuous hot water regardless of the weather.
The water heater also offers the convenience of dual temperature outlets, so tempered water can be delivered to the bathrooms and hot water can
be delivered to the kitchen and laundry.
The solar controls and pumps housed within jacket and solar connections on top of tank makes for a simpler and tidier installation.

Synergy Heat Pump
The Solahart Synergy's ingenious technology extracts the heat from the atmosphere to heat your water, giving most families
more hot water than they will ever use, at about one third of the energy consumption of a conventional electric hot water heater.
The Solahart Synergy is a smart, energy efficient alternative to traditional solar water heaters. Rather than using solar collectors, it uses
highly efficient heat pump technology to extract heat from the surrounding air.
The Solahart Synergy also uses an advanced design to provide single pass true top down heating. The flow of the water through the heat exchanger
is controlled to ensure the water is heated to 60ºC in a single pass and deposited at the top of the storage cylinder for immediate use. This
ensures the supply of useable hot water without waiting for the entire tank to heat.
The Synergy's larger compressor gives quicker recovery providing hot water faster. Synergy has the storage capacity and recovery similar to an
electric water heater, but with the energy savings of a solar water heater.
Key Features
- Save up to 2/3* of water heating energy consumption
- Minimal visual impact with no panels on the roof
- Easy to replace existing conventional electric water heaters
- Suitable for frost prone areas
- Electric boosting in cold weather conditions
- Peace of mind with Solahart's 5 year conditional warranty
- Can be used in areas not suitable for traditional solar water heaters
- True top down heating providing usable hot water faster
- Extracts heat from surrounding air
- Fast hot water recovery

PowerPAK
The Solahart PowerPAK is an electronically controlled, closed circuit, drain back heat exchange system specifically developed
to provide solar water heating in light commercial applications of up to 1200 litres per day.
PowerPAK is suitable for use in a wide range of climates, including frost prone and non-frost regions.
It is highly versatile and particularly suitable for a wide range of applications including:
Motels, caravan park amenities blocks
Nursing homes and retirement villages
Restaurants
Small to medium health care establishments
Factory or sporting facility change rooms
Small office and apartment buildings
At the heart of the system is the PowerPAK ‘Solar Energy Transfer Module’. This electronically controlled heat exchange system
circulates Solahart Hartgard heat transfer fluid through the solar collectors and transfers the heat to potable water from the storage system. It
has a capacity of 10 kW in optimum solar conditions.
A PowerPAK module can be installed with up to eight Solahart Bt solar collectors whose blue sputtered copper absorber plate makes for a very
efficient selective surface^ suitable for use in a wide variety of solar radiation areas. The storage system consists of a multiple installation
of either Solahart Streamline 270, 340 or 430 tanks.

The PowerPAK’s unique processor senses available solar energy and controls the flow of the closed circuit fluid. The electronic
controller monitors all stages of the process and switches off when the water in the storage tanks reaches maximum temperature.
When heating is complete or during periods with insufficient sun, the Hartgard fluid is drained back into the PowerPAK module. During periods of
insufficient solar gain, the water in the storage tanks is heated by the in-series gas or electric booster or in-tank electric booster to ensure
a constant supply of hot water.
